Bayshore Blvd. in Tampa, Lanes Under Water

TAMPA, Fla. – Bayshore Boulevard in Tampa is under water at this time. Tropical Storm Eta was a Hurricane 1 level storm until it weakened around 1PM Wednesday afternoon.
