Florida. If it’s going to happen, it’s going to happen here. In this case, two men were in an apparent argument when one of the men put his finger in the other man’s mouth. The finger is gone.

According to Click Orlando, 37-year-old Daniel Campbell was arrested at his home on Sunday following a move that Mike Tyson himself would be proud of.

Police were called to a report of a man losing his finger Sunday in Summerall Park, Tavares, Florida.

According to the report, the man was taken to the hospital and interviewed by police while being treated. The victim told police that 37-year-old Campbell “got in his face” at the park and the man shoved Campbell away.

That’s when the victim’s index finger landed in Campbell’s mouth and he bit it off.

According to Click, police responded to Campbell’s residence and made the arrest. Officers reported that as they were arresting the man, Campbell said, “He punched me first, I bit his finger off because it was in my mouth.”

Officers were able to locate the finger and placed it into evidence, which we can assume is a cooler of ice.

Campbell is facing a second-degree felony charge of Aggravated Battery With Great Bodily harm and is being held in Lake County Jail on a $10,000 bond. His court date is scheduled for August 22, 2022.
