Tampa Apartment Fire Friday Night on N. 15th Street

TAMPA, Fla. – Hillsborough County Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire at 12418 N. 15th St. in Tampa at 6:23 pm on 12/11/2020. Engine 14 was the first arriving engine, arriving to a fully involved, unoccupied apartment. Crews began an offensive attack on the fire while protecting neighboring homes from any exposure. After performing a primary and secondary search, no civilians were found inside the structure.

The fire was under control in approximately 15 minutes. The fire investigator was on scene and the cause of the fire is under investigation. No civilians or firefighters were injured on scene.
