A Georgia judge has ruled that seven new election rules passed by the State Election Board are “illegal, unconstitutional, and void.”
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Thomas Cox’s decision nullified several controversial measures, including those requiring hand-counting of ballots and changes related to election certification processes.
