TAMPA, Fla. – Drivers in Tampa should be aware of a lane closure on West Waters Avenue between North Dale Mabry Highway and North Himes Avenue. The outside westbound lane is currently closed due to a water main break.

The Tampa Water Department is working to repair the break, and barricades and signs are in place to direct traffic. Drivers are advised to use caution in the area, as modifications to the closure may be necessary.

The repairs are expected to be completed by 5pm on Friday, September 27th, weather permitting. Normal traffic patterns should resume at that time.
