US Forces Neutralize Houthi Drones Over Red Sea And Houthi-Controlled Yemen Territory

US Central Command Within the last 24 hours, US Central Command forces successfully intercepted and destroyed three Iranian-backed Houthi drones.

Within the last 24 hours, US Central Command forces successfully intercepted and destroyed three Iranian-backed Houthi drones.

Two of these unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were neutralized over the Red Sea, while the third was destroyed within Houthi-controlled territory in Yemen.

The operation was undertaken in response to the drones posing a direct and immediate threat to US and allied forces, as well as commercial shipping in the area.
