The detectives found evidence suggesting that Henning entered the victim’s backyard by going through an enclosed privacy fence.

He then reportedly approached the victim’s bathroom window and secretly observed her while not wearing pants or underwear, exposing his genitals.

On August 24, 2023, detectives observed Henning in the act, and he was arrested and charged with voyeurism and two counts of burglary.

When detectives interviewed Henning, he admitted to regularly entering the victim’s yard and watching her through the window because he was curious and sexually motivated to see her naked.

Henning was transported to the Pinellas County Jail without incident.
