DADE CITY, Fla. – A 7-year-old boy has died and five others were injured in an overturned ATV accidentvSaturday in Dade City.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the crash happened just after 8 p.m. in a grassy field at 17106 Powerline Road Dade City.
The Kawasaki TERYX4 ATV was being operated by a 7-year-old when it overturned, injuring the driver and all five passengers.
The 7-year-old died at an area hospital.
The crash remains under investigation by FHP and we will update this story with further details as they come in.
