7 Charged In Pennsylvania “Fentanyl Robbery Gang” For Drug Trafficking, Robbery, And 4 Deaths

A federal grand jury in the Middle District of Pennsylvania has indicted seven individuals for their alleged involvement in a drug trafficking and robbery ring known as the “Fentanyl Robbery Gang” (F.R.G.).

The group, with ties to New York gangs, used dating websites to lure victims under the guise of prostitution before incapacitating or robbing them.

The superseding indictment alleges that the F.R.G. administered fentanyl-laced drugs to victims, resulting in four deaths across Pennsylvania and New Hampshire.

The accused individuals are Amanda Marie Correa, 29, Robert Andrew Barnes, 24, Christine Deann DiCarlo, 50, Shaqare Jaymont Blackwell, 23, Shakur Serafin Brownstein, 27, Dylan Wilson Small, 35, and Samual Jordan, 42.

Each faces various charges, including conspiracy to distribute controlled substances resulting in death, distribution of fentanyl resulting in death, brandishing firearms in furtherance of drug trafficking crimes, kidnapping, and aggravated identity theft.

Law enforcement is actively seeking to identify and apprehend additional members and victims associated with the F.R.G.
