HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – An investigation into the death of a man, that occurred on April 23, 2021, in Westchase, has resulted in the arrest of Orbro Bailey, 54.
He is facing First Degree Felony Murder While Engaged in Robbery and Robbery charges.
On April 23, 2021, between 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., a homicide occurred on the 9900 block of Sheldon Road in Westchase.
Bailey was captured in surveillance video back in April, and was a person of interest in this murder.
