PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – A 53-year-old Clearwater man was killed while crossing Gandy Boulevard around 9:10 pm on Tuesday.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, an SUV driven by a 48-year-old St. Pete Beach woman was traveling westbound on Gandy Boulevard, east of San Martin Boulevard.
Troopers say the Clearwater man attempted to walk across the highway and entered the path of, and was struck by the SUV.
