SPRING HILL, Fla. – According to Florida Highway Patrol, a 50-year-old Brooksville man was killed in when struck by a car in Spring Hill overnight Friday.

A 27-year-old Spring Hill man was traveling westbound on Northcliffe Boulevard, east of Cartee Avenue. The pedestrian, a 50-year-old Brooksville man, was standing or walking in the westbound travel lane on Northcliffe Boulevard and the path of the car. The car collided with man who suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash. The drive of the car sustained no injuries.
