3-Year-Old Brooksville Boy Killed When Struck By Car Crossing US-41 Sunday

SPRING HILL, Fla. - A 3-year-old Brooksville has died after being struck by a car on Sunday morning around 8:06 AM. according to Florida Highway

SPRING HILL, Fla. – A 3-year-old Brooksville has died after being struck by a car on Sunday morning around 8:06 AM. according to Florida Highway Patrol.

Troopers say a Lincoln Town Car, was traveling southbound along US-41, while the 3-year-old, along with a parent, was walking westbound on Evening Star Avenue.

At the intersection, the pedestrians entered the path of and were struck by the car which came to a controlled stop.

Transported to an area hospital, the child later died from injuries suffered during the crash.
